Prices for B&B bedrooms and Loft Bedroom include full breakfast each morning.

We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted on the open deck.
No pets please. We do have family pets in the house.
When booking please let us know if you have any dietary concerns.
The Northumberland, Romance and Twin Rooms cannot sleep more than two people, therefore may not be suitable when traveling with small children. The Loft Suite may be suitable and Forest and Stream Cottages is an ideal family setting. Link to Forest & Stream Cottages (same location, same hosts)

Cancellation Policy

For a one night reservation, the deposit equals the full room charge including taxes.
$100 deposit is required for stays 2 to 5 nights.
$250 deposit is required for stays of 6 to 10 nights.
$500 deposit is required for stays of 11 plus nights.
Deposit is charged to a Credit Card at time of booking.
Full deposit is forfeited if canceled within 21 days of your stay. Should the room be rebooked for the cancelled dates we will refund your deposit less $25.
No refund on partial cancellations with 10 days of stay unless rebooked, $25 fee applies.
All other cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.

Island Host

Loft Suite sleeps 4 people. Prices are based on two.
Extra persons are $10/night or $50/wk
