  • The above prices do not include taxes.
  • Prices for B&B bedrooms and loft Bedroom include full breakfast each morning.
  • Add breakfast to Loft Suite $20 per couple per day

  • We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted on the open deck.
  • No pets please. We do have family pets in the house.
  • When booking please let us know if you have any dietary concerns.
  • Country Charm is not suitable for children but Forest and Stream Cottages is an ideal family setting. Link to Forest & Stream Cottages (same location, same hosts)

Cancellation Policy

  • For a one night reservation, the deposit equals the full room charge including taxes.
  • $100 deposit is required for stays 2 to 5 nights.
  • $250 deposit is required for stays of 6 to 13 nights.
  • $500 deposit is required for stays of 14 plus nights.
  • Deposit is charged to a Credit Card at time of booking.
  • Full deposit is forfeited if canceled within two weeks of your stay. Should the room be rebooked for the cancelled dates we will refund your deposit less $20.
