We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted on the open deck.

The Northumberland, Romance and Twin Rooms cannot sleep more than two people, therefore may not be suitable when traveling with small children. The Loft Suite may be suitable and Forest and Stream Cottages is an ideal family setting. Link to Forest & Stream Cottages (same location, same hosts)
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY:
Forest and Stream Cottages and Country Charm Bed & Breakfast will no longer process a deposit amount at time of booking. Because of the rising merchant fees on credit card transactions, we would appreciate cash or debit card settlement on arrival or departure. We thank you in advance for helping us hold our rates and providing the best possible value to you our guest. We do have the ability to process Visa or MC if you require. A valid credit card number is required to confirm your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
No charges will apply to any cancellations received 22 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Cancellations made with 21 days of your arrival date will be subject to the following cancellation fees providing the accommodation is not re-booked. Stays of 1 to 2 nights $100.00, Stays of 3 to 5 nights $200.00, Stays of 6 to 13 nights $500.00, and Stays of 14 nights or more $1,000.00. If the room or cottage is re-booked for all cancelled dates NO CANCELLATION FEE will apply. Consideration and adjustments may be made for partially re-booked nights.
